The prices stated on the product pages are exclusive of VAT and applicable shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Deliveries only to delivery addresses in Germany without islands.
Deliveries to German islands, the EU economic area, Switzerland, and other countries possible on request.
Delivery is made by DHL, UPS or freight forwarder, depending on the size and weight of the shipment.
The shipping costs are calculated depending on the size and weight of the shipment.
For some separately marked products, shipping is completely free of charge.

Payment methods
Payment for the goods can be made either by PayPal, cash in advance or cash on collection. GA-TEC reserves the right to accept only certain methods of payment in individual cases or depending on the delivery method selected by the customer. Payment by sending cash or cheques is not possible.

Payment in advance
If the customer wishes to pay in advance, the invoice amount is to be transferred to our account mentioned below or in our service mails within 7 days after receipt of the order confirmation.
